The 2023 Japanese Charizard ex Special Art Rare 134/108 comes from SV3 Ruler of the Black Flame. Akira Egawa’s full-art foil puts Charizard inside swirling rainbow fire, which is how the set’s dark-flame title sits on this sheet.

It is a Stage 2 Darkness-type Pokémon ex with 330 HP. Infernal Reign searches and attaches up to three Basic Fire Energy on evolution. Double Rare, Hyper Rare, and Super Rare versions also exist; the SAR is the art-facing number.
