Japanese Charizard 1/25 from the Promo Card Pack 25th Anniversary Edition (s8a-P) reprints the 1996 Base Set Ken Sugimori art with a 2021 foil and a gold 25th stamp. The source dates the drop to 21 or 22 October 2021. Korean and other Asian languages also exist; this board line is the Japanese pack.
