The Japanese XY promo 098/XY-P belongs to the December 2014 relocation and opening of Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo in Ikebukuro. From opening day through 16 January 2015, any purchase at the new shop received this giveaway print.

It is numbered 098/XY-P in the Japanese XY-P line. Kouki Saitou drew Pikachu dressed as Mega Charizard Y. This first print places a Pokémon Center Mega Tokyo logo at the lower right of the illustration, which is how it is told apart from the later 204/XY-P promo. The Pokédex line comes from Pokémon X, and Thunder Shock is among the attacks.
