Pikachu 224/SM-P is a Japanese Sun and Moon promo for the Pokémon Center 20th Anniversary Campaign. Distribution began 25 April 2018 for customers who bought five booster packs in one transaction at participating Pokémon Centers, Pokémon Stores, or Pokémon Center Online. Some catalogue lines still say 2016; the hand-out date in the source is 2018.

Kagemaru Himeno drew the celebratory pose. The 20th Anniversary logo is embedded in the art. The Pokédex line is from Pokémon Moon. The attack Everyone Celebrate heals 20 damage from every Pokémon in play, both sides.

File it as an SM-P store campaign promo, not as a numbered booster secret.
