Japanese Rayquaza VMAX 83/67 is the alternate-art Hyper Rare from S7R Blue Sky Stream, 9 July 2021, the Dragon-leaning twin to S7D Towering Perfection. Anesaki Dynamic drew it in cloud, with a swirl that collectors flag as unusual for that artist.

Azure Pulse discards the hand to draw three. Max Burst grows by discarding Fire or Lightning Energy. Those lines kept the card in lists, not only in art binders.

Sealed boxes launched at 4,950 yen. Talk around the SA treats it as a case-level hit from the Sword & Shield middle years. The desk files 83/67 as that Japanese HR, not as the regular VMAX from the same stream.
