Background

The Japanese Romance Dawn box opened the One Piece Card Game in July 2022. CARDZ files this sealed row as optcg-jp-op-01-booster-box-wave1, set code OP-01, language jp. Official name: Romance Dawn (Wave 1).

The source note says that origin case has long been out of print. Buyback offers moved from around ¥8,000 in late 2025 to over ¥30,000 in 2026 as the market re-rated the first set.

How the BOX reference price is built

Each BOX rank uses a reference price. The method prefers completed sales. A market reference is used when sold evidence is thin. An ask floor is only a fallback, never treated as a completed sale.

Completed box sales captured inside CardZ Marketcap tracked coverage. Lots are unitised to one box, extreme outliers are dropped, and what remains is reduced to a median.
Market reference
A published market reference for that exact set, language and print wave when sold coverage is insufficient.
